INOVAFOAM warrants that all our products will be free of defects in construction or materials for 30 DAYS from the time of purchase.

INOVAFOAM Training Products are designed as training aids for use under adult or professional supervision.
While most INOVAFOAM Training Products do provide a degree of buoyancy, they are not designed to provide adequate safety or flotation properties or features to be used as a life preserver device.
INOVAFOAM products are not certified for use as a life preserver device and are not adequate in buoyancy or handling features for this application.

The user of any therapy product should consult with a health care provider prior to beginning any exercise program. Only your healthcare professional or professional trainer can design an appropriate exercise prescription that considers your specific abilities, injuries, and medical history. Your healthcare professional can design a program to help you avoid exercises that may cause harm due to a particular problem. If you experience any pain or difficulty with any exercises, stop immediately.

SERVICE AREA
INOVAFOAM currently ships to North America; Canada, United States and Mexico, under the following terms and conditions. For other destinations, please contact us directly for additional assistance.
PRICE CHANGES:
Due to continual change in raw material pricing, from time to time, pricing adjustments are required. We will do everything to minimize such changes, and we will try to provide notice 30 days prior to such changes by notification on the effected products’ individual sell page.
TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS:
All sales are made F.O.B. origin, that is, the customer is responsible for freight charges leaving INOVAFOAM. For the most part, when not specified by the customer directly, United Parcel Service will be the primary mode of delivery.
Once the shipment has been released to the freight company, INOVAFOAM is not responsible for any liability for freight damage or delays. Upon Receipt of merchandise, please inspect immediately for visible damage to the packaging and note that damage on the bill of lading.
If you find hidden damage upon opening the packaging, that damage needs to be reported to the freight company within 24 hours of receipt. All claims for damages must be through the freight company.
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS
A 50 PERCENT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required with any custom order prior to fabrication. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned for credit.
RETURNS
Merchandise may not be returned without prior consent from INOVAFOAM.
A Return Authorization Tacking Number will be issued and entered into our receiving system so that the package is not refused. This R.A. number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the packaging to insure acceptance on our dock.
Any material returned without a proper R.A. number will be refused and the customer will be responsible for freight both ways.
Authorized returns are subject to inspection prior to issuance of credit and subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
TERMS
All accounts, except approved commercial corporate accounts are shipped prepaid using Visa, Amex, Mastercard. Any order may be prepaid by check with 10 day waiting period for check clearance required.
